Guest Pass 🎟️ (limited!)

There are only 4 guest passes available for our Season Premiere. Handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Here’s everything you need to know about how you can share a Guest Pass with a friend to our ⭕ Dinner Table Season Premiere session.

How does it work?

At the start of a new season (the first month of every quarter), you have the opportunity to invite a friend to experience our Dinner Table session. Simply connect your friend with Marc via email or have them reach out directly. They’ll receive a calendar invitation to the upcoming session, allowing them to join and get a firsthand glimpse into the Circle – completely free of charge. It’s your chance to share the gift of the Circle with someone you value.

What is the goal?

More Diversity. Better Conversations. Stronger community.

Why are we doing this?

We must cultivate a truly diverse community beyond Marc’s (or anyone’s) personal network. By inviting new voices and perspectives, we spark richer, more interesting conversations and strengthen the Circle for everyone. We’ve never been focused on sheer numbers; we want high-quality members who will contribute to our growth and long-term impact. You, our existing members, are our best ambassadors in finding those individuals.

What’s in it for me?

You’ll play a key role in enriching our community with diverse perspectives, directly enhancing the quality of conversations for yourself and everyone else. Plus, you’ll (hopefully) experience the satisfaction of introducing a friend to an inspiring and exclusive community. And, of course, you’ll receive a free month of membership as a token of appreciation when your friend becomes a permanent member.

What’s in it for my friend?

Your friend will have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive Season Premiere of a Dinner Table, learning from experienced in-house service design professionals on a relevant and important topic. It’s a risk-free way to experience the Circle’s dynamic firsthand.

Why do we only do this at the start of a season?

The Season Premiere serves as a preview, allowing your friend to experience the types of conversations we’ll be having throughout the coming months and see if our focus aligns with their interests. We also believe in the power of ritual; limiting this opportunity to the start of each season makes it more valuable, unique, and memorable.

Can I invite more than one friend?

No, not at the moment. As the season premiere is limited to 4 guest passes in total per House, we want to make sure multiple members get the chance to invite someone.

Can I bring a friend to a Dinner Table outside the Season Premiere?

For regular sessions, participation is limited to members only. But you’re still welcome to refer new members anytime, and a free month of membership is awarded to both you and your friend if they join.

How do they secure the guest pass?

Share this link with them https://www.servicedesignshow.com/circle/season-premiere. To make this as easy as possible for you, I’ve recorded a short video where I walk your friend through what the Circle, Season Premiere, Dinner Table are and what they need to do to secure the guest pass. You can also have your friend email Marc, or introduce us via email, and I’ll take care of sending them the guest pass (as long as we haven’t yet reached our limit).

Does my friend have to pay to join the session?

Absolutely not. The Season Premiere is a gift from you and the Circle to your friend. They can enjoy the session at no cost, with no commitment required.

Who can I invite?

Your friend should be an in-house professional working on service design-related challenges. A formal “service design” title is not required.

Do they have to work at the same organization as me?

No, you’re welcome to invite friends from any organization as long as they hold an in-house position and are tackling service design-related challenges.

What happens if they want to join and become a member after the session?

They’ll receive a personalized onboarding call with Marc, ensuring a smooth transition into our community. And, of course, you’ll be celebrated at the next “Dinner Table” session for introducing a new member.

Do you have an idea of how we can make this better?

Great, I would love to hear from you. The Circle is an ongoing prototype, so let’s keep iterating.
